Due to COVID-19 our brick & mortar is currently closed. We are still fulfilling online orders and can ship those out to you within a few days. We are also offering curb-side pickup or delivery, simply select that at checkout. If you do want to pick up please call 806.418.8920 to schedule a time & we will bring your items out to you. For delivery to front porch please allow for 1 or 2 days from the date of order.
Here are some frequently asked questions that we have been asked since we opened. Hopefully these might help you out.
How do the clothes sizes run?
Well each brand is a little different - we have seen that most run true to size. We are trying to put in the description if the item runs large or small so you know when deciding. We also hope to eventually have actual models that can show how the piece fits and size they are wearing to make it more realistic.
Do you offer custom/special orders?
As of right now we are not able to do that, but we can address it later down the road for sure.
Is everything you have in the store, also online?
We do not have all items online, there are some brands that I can only exclusively carry in person. We try to offer the widest collection in both the store and on-line. There is a good chance you might find some things in the store that are not online and vice versa. So if you are ever able to stop in, you can see for yourself.
Can I order online and pick up in the store?
We are currently closed due to COVID-19 so if you do want to pickup please call 806.418.8920 to schedule a time. YES! When you are checking out, you will have the option to select Pick Up In Store. Please select this option so we will know that you will be coming to pick up the order. You will have 7 days from the date of the order to pick up the order. When you come to pick up the order we will need to see an ID and online confirmation email to ensure the order is given to the right person. Also any orders placed after 3pmCST will not be available for pickup in the store until the following business day.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
If you are purchasing a gift either online or in person - please let us know either in the comments section before checking out, or at the counter before you cash out. We do not have 'official' gift wrapping but we can spruce up the package with a few accents to help make it gift giving ready and we can also remove tags/pricing.
I know of a 'PURPOSE' you should carry?
If you do - please contact us and let us know about it. We are always looking for new companies/collections that carry a greater PURPOSE and can be sold in our store.
Do you offer bridal/baby registry?
We currently do not, but we hope to work on getting that sorted out and available in the near future.
Where do you buy your items from?
We search high and low for all our items. We do visit the Dallas Market a few times a year. We also follow several bloggers and stylist that help direct us to new brands to seek out. We are constantly keeping a look out for the latest trends and styles. Several of our items are made right here in the U.S.A. We also have other items made all over the world.
