The Good Shepherd: Living in the Care and Comfort of Christ

Do you struggle to follow God’s lead in this season of life because you don’t know where He is leading? Are you unsure how God is going to take care of a need in your life that seems too big for Him? Do you feel like there’s no way God can give you rest amidst the busyness you feel at work, in taking care of your kids, or whatever makes your days overwhelming. Psalm 23 says Jesus is your shepherd, but what does that mean? It means that you are His. You are safe. You are led—in seasons of suffering and seasons of joy. You are loved, made clean, guided and protected. He marks you with His Spirit, just as a shepherd marks his sheep. He calls you, and you have the joy of responding to Christ’s loving leadership as His sheep.
